This pale rosé is made predominantly from Sangiovese, blended with a small amount of Aglianico. It is dry and extremely savoury, whilst delivering a taut fruit spectrum of sour cherry and rhubarb, balanced by racy acidity and the faintest whiff of white pepper and ginger. Refreshing and clean, this is immaculately balanced.
